1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using PStooEZ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.

2. What PStooEZ is

PStooEZ is a desktop tool that connects to the PCSX2 PS2 emulator and provides cheat code management, memory analysis, and debugging features. It is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment or the PCSX2 project.

3. Permitted use

You may use PStooEZ to:

• Manage cheat codes for games you legally own
• Analyse and modify memory in PCSX2 for personal, non-commercial use
• Share cheat codes and memory addresses with other users

4. Prohibited use

You may not use PStooEZ to:

• Facilitate piracy — do not use it to identify or share stolen game copies
• Cheat in online multiplayer games in ways that violate those games' terms of service
• Reverse-engineer or redistribute PStooEZ itself without permission
• Harass, harm, or stalk other users via the friends or sharing features

5. Intellectual property

PS2 is a trademark of Sony Interactive Entertainment. PCSX2 is an open-source project. PStooEZ is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with either. We make no claim over any game titles, cheats sourced from community repositories, or any Sony IP.

Cheat codes submitted to the community database remain the property of their contributors. By submitting, you grant PStooEZ a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute them within the app.

6. Classified subscription

Classified is a paid monthly subscription ($4.99/month) processed via PayPal. Access is granted after payment confirmation via email. Subscriptions are manually managed — cancellation requests should be sent to dexrtertm@gmail.com. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

7. Disclaimers

PStooEZ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Save file corruption caused by incorrect cheat usage
• PCSX2 crashes or instability resulting from memory writes
• Inaccurate community-submitted cheat codes
• Loss of access to game accounts if cheating is detected by a game's online service

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
