These terms apply to all users, including free and Classified tier users.
PStooEZ is a desktop application that connects to the PCSX2 PlayStation 2 emulator and provides cheat code management, memory analysis tools, an AI-assisted address finder, and a community for sharing cheat codes. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sony Interactive Entertainment or the PCSX2 project.
A free account is required to use social features (friends, cheat sharing, notifications). You may use the core app features without an account.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
Classified is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks advanced features including AI automated memory scanning, priority support, and early feature access. The full current feature list is at pstooez.com/#pricing.
To cancel, email dexrtertm@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used Classified features. After 7 days or after meaningful use, refunds are at our discretion. Contact dexrtertm@gmail.com for refund requests.
We may change Classified pricing or features with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

PlayStation 2 and PS2 are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC. PCSX2 is an open-source project under the GPL licence. We make no claim over any Sony trademarks, game titles, or copyrighted game content. Cheat codes that consist solely of memory addresses and values are not protected by copyright in most jurisdictions.
PStooEZ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk.
We specifically disclaim responsibility for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PStooEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger zone.
On termination, your right to use the App ceases. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, IP rights, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these terms as the App evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll notify active Classified subscribers by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
